Something is growing in your week.

Every bloom in this field is a task that eats a week somewhere in Nova Scotia. There are 27, from 9 kinds of business. Touch one to see the work today, the work with an assistant, and the person who still checks it.

Pavot Design Inc. runs measured AI pilots for businesses with 5 to 50 staff. A number before and after. Your team keeps control.

Light up one kind of business

The task you touched last: the follow-up call that never happens

Below the field, the method. Above it, nothing you choose leaves the browser.

A pilot is a sentence with two numbers in it.

  1. One

    We find the task.

A 20-minute call, then five business days

You bring one recurring task. If there is a fit, the opportunity review maps how the work happens today and what a better result would mean. You get a written report and a pilot scope.

  2. Two

We measure it, then change it.

    Two to four weeks

A baseline number first. Then a workflow built around your approved information, starting with synthetic or redacted examples. A named person on your team reviews every output.

  3. Three

You keep it, change it, or stop.

Half a day, then the report

Your team learns to run it and check it. You get the documentation and the pilot report with the number before and after. The decision is yours, and stopping is a fine answer.

Every workflow we build has a person in it. Work arrives, the assistant drafts, a person reviews, the work goes out. The review step is not optional and it is never automated.

The prices, before you call.

  1. Free

    Discovery call

    20 minutes. A one-page fit note afterwards.

  2. CAD1,250to 2,000

    Opportunity review

Five days. Written report. Fee credited to a pilot within 90 days.

  3. CAD2,500to 6,000

    Measured pilot

Two to four weeks. Baseline, human review, handover, report.

  4. CAD1,500to 2,500

    Team workshop

Custom half-day, up to 12 people. 75% training funding may apply.

  5. CAD400to 900 a month

    Keep it working

Defined hours after a pilot. Cancel any month.

Before HST. Every paid step gets a written scope and quote first. Software, travel outside Halifax Regional Municipality, and integrations are quoted separately when they apply.

Run the two-minute fit check2 minutes

Five yes-or-no questions about the task. The result tells you whether a pilot, an existing tool, or a simpler process change is the better first step.
